Hob Cutters
We manufacture hob cutters for any type of components like gears, involute splines, parallel splines, chain sprockets, worm wheel gears, ring gears, timing pulleys, straight serrations, rotors. Our range includes spline hobs, sprocket hobs, involute spline hobs and worm wheel hobs. Our specially developed software give us the component profile to be generated by the hob at the designing stage only, thus leaving no scope of error at the machining stage.
We are making hob cutters in all accuracy classes from the conventional M35 to latest powder metallurgical material like ASP2030 & ASP2052. We also undertake reverse engineering from the samples i.e. manufacture the hobs after deriving the data from the samples provided. |
Gear Hobs

These gear hobs basically are the generating gears of maximum accuracy with finishing, pre-shaving with or without protuberance and semi topping profiles. These gear hobs are supplied in single or multi starts for any kind of standard or special profiles.

Spline Hobs
These straight spline hobs are used for cutting parallel splines. These spline hobs are manufactured with or without lugs, semi topping and shoulder clearance types in class AA and A.

- Profile : Semi-topping or Non-topping with or without shoulder clearance.
